Why This Campaign Matters
Launched by American Pastor Travis Johnson after his visit to the DRC last July, the campaign builds on the country’s ongoing religious diplomacy led by Antoine Ghonda Mangalibi, roving ambassador for Congolese President Félix Tshisekedi. Its mission: collect one million signatures to pressure global leaders and demand urgent action to stop the atrocities in Eastern DRC, ongoing for over three decades.
This is more than a petition—it’s a global wake-up call. The Congolese crisis has too often been overlooked, and this campaign is shining a spotlight on the people who have suffered in silence for far too long. With the addition of these powerful voices, the movement shows that the fight against genocide in the DRC transcends borders, uniting leaders and communities worldwide.
Join the fight. Sign the petition. Make a difference.
